The change in PPN status to a RE subsidiary is a concrete action from the implementation of Quick Win, which is the PLN Group’s Corporate Portfolio Transformation program. Where in the initiative it was agreed to have an Engineering Business Transfer (initiative A-15) and a Construction Business Transfer (Initiative A-16) between RE and PT Prima Jasa Nusantara Enjiniring (PLNE), then this Business Transfer scheme was followed up with an Acquisition Scheme.

PPN provides Total Solution services in the electricity sector, especially the Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC) construction of Transmission and Substations.
