The Board Manual is a mutual consent document between the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners which outlines the rights, obligations, duties and authorities of the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors as the main components of the Company which aims to guide the process of relations and functions as well as improve the quality and effectiveness of the working relationship between these components which implementing the principles of GCG namely Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independency and Fairness. The work guidelines for the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors were ratified on 28 October 2020
